  • I'm sure that this business is very competent and I have no reason to doubt that they are based on the serviceman I met last week. My issue with Sullivan is the prices! Our pump went bad on our boiler and we called Sullivan based on a friend's recommendation. The part is around $150 and the job takes less than an hour's time. Sullivan quoted us $1600 AFTER the guy was already in my basement and working on the heater. When we balked at the price, he dropped it to $600 with a "lesser" warranty on the part. The whole boiler costs $1,500 to replace. I thanked them for their time, paid the consultation fee and called another plumber.
