  • Loved this place. Love staying in suites when we are in Vegas. We stayed at Palms Place as well and if I had to choose one...I would choose The Signature over the Palms Place. Mainly because The Signature is VERY clean and nothing was shabby/needed updating. Also, you can use your balconys here! You can't at the Palms Place. I would say there are 3 places max that have balconys in Vegas and choose this place for the balcony. Having drinks out there at night is magical. Long walk to the MGM Grand casino area through a walkway tunnel, but nothing to bad at all! Very quiet and very convienient location. Close to everything, but you get a more sophisticated/quiet stay than if you stayed in a casino. I recommend this to anyone with a more laid back personality when visiting Vegas. If your into the Vegas experience....gambling/drinking/partying/clubs...not the place for you.
