  • I used Yelp reviews to choose Luster Nail & Spa. The first two times were great. The third time, not great at all. I didn't get his name but I think I was one of his first clients. I was getting my nails done using the dipped (SNS) process. It took over an hour and a half plus many trips to other worker's tables to get equipment. Within a week the acrylic nail fell off (nail was too short for regular dipping so added acrylic nail for length) and 5 nails have cracked from the corner to the top of the nail. I've never had this problem before. I don't plan on returning. Zero stars for the guy but 4 stars for other techs.
