  • This is a review for dry cleaning services only. I noticed after a recent order that one of my sweaters had a small hole in the shoulder. I didn't think too much of it (thinking that maybe I had caught it on something and just hadn't noticed before), but I picked up another order today and the first sweater I took out to wear has a large (~1/3 inch) hole in the back that's really noticeable and definitely was not there before I took it in for dry cleaning. I don't know what's happening, but I won't be going back.
