  • Buyer beware, I bought two sets of appliances from this business. The first set had issue before six months and they came out to repair. Then less than a year there were additional issues. I considered that I had not paid very much and chalked it up to you get what you pay for. However, I made a decision to purchase another set in November. Well hear we go again the washing machine is not working and I had to go through hell in order to get them to come out. I had to bring in all this proof that I had purchased the machine from them. I finally got someone out today appointment was scheduled for 11:30 he arrived 12:30 didn't apologize for being late mind you I took time away from job to meet him. I was told that the machine would require a clutch and told I would have to pay for the part. When I claimed that I was not happy and told him that they do not sell good appliances, he told me that they would not be in business if that was the case. I am putting the word out to others not to become victims. I paid more money for the machine I have now so not only does the appliance not work customer service is also not good.
