  • This is a review for both the Yorkdale and Square One locations, as I have experienced the same level of service (which should be expected for a large chain store). I purchased a few large pieces of furniture from C&B after moving into my new home and I could have not been happier with the entire process. The sales people there were very attentive and did all they can to help you and provide excellent service. I bought a marble dining room table and a pair of mid-century styled walnut nightstands on two separate occasions, and the quality of materials and construction were excellent and offered great value considering the design and quality. Delivery service was well worth the cost and could have not been smoother or easier. C&B have their own delivery service and I had Doug delivered my furniture on both purchases and both times he was extremely reliable and he knew exactly what to do in terms of where to park and dealing with my elevator and concierge -- no work on my part at all. He even knocked on my door with my furniture exactly on time (I didn't even have to go downstairs/outside)! Doug and his sidekick unpacked and assembled my furniture quickly and mess-free and were extremely friendly and provided some tips on how to care for my furniture. They were true pros and completed my excellent C&B experience. With both purchases I received nice written letters a couple weeks later from the sales people at the stores whom I bought from as a thank you and follow up, which were a nice touch.
