  • Stay away from this place. I made a reservation and told them I would require a pick-up as I had no way to get to their location. Enterprise advertises that amenity, right? WRONG! The reservation was made 48 hours in advance and I called twice. Joel informed me that there was "no way" he (or anybody else) could come and get me. Doesn't this company have more than one employee at this location? Evidently not. I planned to rent the vehicle for a week. End result: reservation cancelled! Lost revenue and any chance of future business from me. (and all that I talk to)
