  • My children have a great time here and I will likely go back, however the staff is less than informed when asked questions. I was inquiring about hosting a birthday party there and the girl at the front desk handed me a sheet of paper with information. Upon asking follow up questions she had no real answers for me. She quoted a price on something that was completely different than the sheet listed and that didn't answer question. The staff look bored to be there and would prefer to be chatting among themselves. The price is way to high, too many add on's and the socks we purchased did not come in a bag and appeared to have been previously used.
