  • Dear Reviewers reading, I been to the Melting Pot in Houston so I thought this one will be good here, I mean its located in a beautiful expensive town but the service here wasn't all that amazing. my group and I got the endless fondue special going on, the food was amazing nothing wrong there it was our waitress although she was so nice to us she was slow. I ran out of my drink in the beginning and she even came a couple times to change out things and didn't notice my glass was empty sitting there. I didn't want to beg or be rude and tell her "Hey my glass is empty" so I waited to see how long she noticed, which after coming a total of 2 times she finally noticed it and got me a refill. Then the time after that she noticed and said she would be back with a refill when she came back she forgot it, until the manager was making his rounds and saw my cup empty and asked what was I drinking? I was surprised he noticed right when he walked up but not her. I guess trying to watch 3 people was a little too much for her. I didn't get rude or tell no one I wanted her to do her job that's all. Other than that problem everything was amazing.
