First visit there only two days ago. Enjoyed numerous great versions of this type of cuisine in San Diego. Recently moved to Peoria I'd planned to get to this place on Bell Road a few times. Thankfully I was able to treat a friend to lunch, someone who had yet to venture to this kind of meal.
The greeting by Bill the manager could not have been more pleasant or sincere. Indeed upon learning it was our first visit, my my friends first ever time trying this out, he even undertook to personally cook our selection. The range of ingredients was exceptional. Sauces and oils were plentiful. Size of bowls was fair and the staff conducting our service was superb. My friend loved the experience so much, we now plan on making it a weekly event. The pleasant unobtrusive well appointed bar will make it a must go to restaurant for our out of state friends. Well done Bill, many thx and see you again soon. Hugh
