  • Horrible customer service! I walked in to order instead of using the drive thru, needless to say I'd probably been better off in the drive Thru! I'm not one to complain a lot but when I'm in the same industry of work I expect things to be done properly. So my complaint is walking in no welcome or anything. The staff in the kitchen stood there looking like deer in highlights! Then after standing there a few minutes with no one else in line other than me, I was asked has anyone helped you yet? Wtf do you think? You've been standing there for the past however long looking at me! And the worst part is what appears to be the manager is standing right there with the others doing nothing to help the customers at hand, just looking at me like why are you here! Horrible! Personally if you hate your job that much then leave!
