  • EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I came to Cachet because my normal nail tech at Modern Nails was booked. I really needed a full set, so I let Cachet soak off my previous acrylic and apply a new set. I am VERY displeased with the work they did!!! The full set applied was so thin, 3 of my nails popped off within 2 weeks. Not to mention, my gel color polish was completely discolored after a week!! On top of that, the pricing was absolutely absurd!! I can't believe I paid $87 for a gel full set, soak off, literally like 2 rhinestones on each pinky, and a toe polish change. I even called to let the manager of the facility know I felt as if I was over charged. I was rung up for a $5 nail repair, and a $10 nail shape, which should have been included in the $40 full set w/ special shapes. When I spoke with the receptionist to let inform her of the price discrepancy, I was told she would inform the manager and I would receive a call back. NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK!! I ended up having to call back again to speak with a manager. When I spoke with the owner, she stated that the pricing was correct and did not even seem remotely interested in making sure I was a satisfied customer. Therefore, I give this boutique 0 stars! It is way too overpriced for the low quality of service I received!!!!
