  • Had my Invisalign here. The front desk associate and the assistants are sometimes rude. I've asked them not to call prior to a certain time because of my job, and then when they call anyway they have an attitude with me for not answering. They have literally said before "Why didn't you answer the phone?" Customer service is just not there. When I lost a tray they made it feel like it was my fault and didn't do anything to answer my questions. The only reason I knew what to do was because of the internet and Google searches. It pissed me off that they had no idea what to do. Really unprofessional and when I've been in the office the doctor and nurses will chit chat as if I'm not even there. I wish I would've went somewhere with more experience because they are clueless and I've felt like a test dummy this entire time.
