I can't compare this to Uncle Tetsu as I've never tried their cheesecake but overall I believe the cheesecakes at Love Me Sweet are similar in pricing to Uncle Tetsu.
The coffee cheesecake at Love Me Sweet recently rolled out and I was able to sample one of these recently as someone had given it to me as a gift.
We had the cake cold as we left it overnight and had it for dessert the night after. The cake was properly cooled when it was purchased so there was no stickiness to it from extra moisture. I quite enjoyed the overall taste and texture of the cake. The inside was nice and fluffy with quite a strong coffee flavour that finishes with a subtle cheesecake aftertaste. The cake was light in the sense that it was quite spongy and not overly dense but it was also rich due to the heaviness of the coffee taste. For coffee lovers out there, I would definitely recommend trying this.
