  • North was previously recommended to me several times, so I honestly expected better, especially regarding their customer service. I went with a friend around lunch time on a weekday and although it wasn't at all busy, after being seated, it took a server over 10 minutes to greet us and take our drink order. Then, after receiving our check at the end of the meal, we were hoping to ask to have the check split, and it took over 20 minutes for our server to check back after dropping it off to allow us the opportunity to ask to have it split. However, although the service was mediocre, the food was good and the salted Carmel Gelato was exceptionally delicious. Overall, the experience was decent and while I wouldn't be opposed to returning, it probably wouldn't be my first choice.
