  • I enjoyed my stay. Liz in the office is super friendly and helpful! The maintenance staff is friendly and always available. The landscaping is beautiful and the complex is well kept. The pool is nice and the gym is okay. The apartments are clean and well maintained. It's nice because they come with a washer and dryer. It's conveniently located right outside of concord mills area. It's a nice neighborhood other than the subsidized housing close by. My only complaint with the structure is the cool air coming in under the bathroom cabinets in the winter and freezes the sink water. Pet friendly. Could use a kid park.
