  • I arrived at 4:35 pm, I finally asked where I was in the line at 6:15. that is when the receptionist gave my paperwork to the other lady to input into the computer system. I was the only person in the waiting area. I finally gave up at 6:30 asked for my paperwork to go somewhere else. Incompetent. Someone needs to look at the process this office uses, If they actually have one. Worst experience ever.....
