Just stopped in today(3/19/17). I was going to purchase socks for our entire tournament baseball team. They only had 4 pair that I needed out on display (I need 11 pair). I asked the kid working there if they might have more in the back as I needed 11. He stated that if it's on the rack, then that is all they have. Conversation ended there. No.. we don't have more in stock, but I could order them for you, or we will have more coming in at some point. I was going to ask but decided the owner of this place must not really care about the business as he has zero clue how to train his employees about customer service. Unfortunately I will be taking my business elsewhere. I really like to purchase local whenever I can, but when the experience is worse than just ordering online.. guess who gets the business. As a business owner myself, it's sad to see such horrible customer service. Wow..
