  • Terrible. Just terrible. Save your money and avoid this business at all costs. Naveen is the most unprofessional, uncaring, unscrupulous person I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with in my entire life. Not only did he continually lie to us over and over on when we would get our suit (which was for our wedding, the most important day of our lives) he failed to deliver everything he promised us. We bought a suit, two shirts and three pocket squares. We got one suit, one shirt and one pocket square. He misspelled my husband's name on the monogram which is ridiculous because we clearly printed it out for him. He never did the alterations requested and at a subsequent fitting lied and said we never asked him for those alterations. He was incredibly hard to get a hold of and would always cancel our meetings last minute which was outrageously unprofessional as he continually disrespected our time. We brought up all these issues to him and he was completely uncaring and would not accept responsibility. He stopped picking up our calls and ignored our texts. Poor customer service and appalling behavior. Save your sanity and time and avoid at all costs.
