Anyone who operates a retail business and wants to learn how to provide outstanding customer service should make a visit to Jim's Meat Market. If every business treated their customers the way Jim's treats theirs, the economy would be booming and the world would be a happy place!
I've driven by Jim's dozens of times but had never stopped until a couple of weeks ago. When I mentioned to the woman behind the counter that it was my first visit, she gave me an excellent overview of all of the products and value-added services they offer. She really made me feel welcome, and highlighted all of their quality products without being pushy. I bought some NY strip steaks that she seasoned with their house steak seasoning at no extra charge. (Excellent steaks by the way!). My biggest problem was not buying more meat than my family could consume.
I will now be looking for any excuse to get to the east side and make another stop at Jim's!
