  • Wonderful attentive service from start to finish, came on a weekday wasn't very busy. Ordered Mole enchiladas and the green corn tamale with a cheese enchilada it was decent tasted authentic except both plates tasted so smoky! So it all essentially tasted the same smoky flavor even the beans and rice! I think it's fine if just one item had that flavor but It was a little too much. Really nice family restaurant, you can see the attention to detail in the restaurant hacienda design and it has a charming feel. Horchata was good tasted more homemade very rich (leche cream maybe?). Overall good experience but based on food.... leave the smoky flavor to one entree.
