  • Wow...... This locations is ridiculous. 10 pairs of the exact same boot on the clearance rack, I verified that each were identical. EVERY SINGLE PAIR EXCEPT the one in my size has the marked down price... I go to pay, ( taking my pair and another with the correct markdown stick) and I'm told I can have the clearance price of this clearance item because it came in a different shipment.... ok let me see if I can get this straight, you have 10 of the same exact item all of which are on sale except for one because the shipping company sent it in a different box... Someone please explain to me how this even makes sense? What horrendous customer service! New to the area and will definitely check the store off my list of local shopping spots.
