| - Since writing my first review, I have been contacted by Larry Le, financial manager at Superstition Springs Honda.
I assumed that this call was going to be regarding my yelp review, and it was. I was welcome to discuss any part of the review with him, and maybe work things out; however, his call was far from professional. Instead he called me berating me about my review and yelling about me about it. He called me unprofessional, told me I needed to grow up, and that my review was unsubstantiated. He attempted to blame me for the bad review instead of actually trying to understand why I had given a bad review in the first place.
He stated that he had never lied to me, and that all the products he attempted to sell me (at that grossly inflated rate) were legitimate. Towards the end of the conversation, he attempted to threaten me by saying that "I better take my business elsewhere" and "what goes around."
I felt he attempted to intimidate me into removing the review, even though he said this was not the purpose of the call. His tone with me said otherwise, he attempted to bully me by insulting me and yelling about about this review and I will not take that from him.
I have since filed a complaint with Honda Corporate and await their response during the investigation.
