First I would like to say I Love the Marriott Brand.
I'm an Operations Manager for an restaurant in Gilbert Arizona. I worked for the Marriott Brand in Chicago for 6 years in I still love the brand to the point I don't want to see Marriott fail by serving raw and uncooked food to their guests.
Me and my wife are staying at the Marriott Fairfield Inn. We where looking forward to having breakfast at 6:30am this morning.
But, we could not eat the food because food was not done. The food was raw. Omg!!!
Marriott please fix it, we love you guys.
If you guys are getting your product from Shamrock already pre/cooked. Management should always review the product. I brought to the attention of management at the Fairfield Inn and the lady stated to us that it comes in that way.
This means that management does not recognize uncooked and raw food they are serving to their Marriott guests.
