  • It's not just about selling products - good business is about good people. I called with heater troubles and looking for replacement parts. They were extremely helpful and courteous over the phone. They suggested I try a few things first and walked me through bleeding the gas lines and checking and cleaning the pilot feed tube on my heater. Using the pictures from their web site I was able to quickly follow the instructions and resolve my issue very quickly. They didn't try to sell me anything unnecessary or even ask a lot of questions about the heater - they simply helped with a smile. Thanks so much for having great people, AZ Patio Heaters!
