| - Long story, I'll try to keep it short. Traveled from Los Angeles to Vegas this past Memorial Weekend for my 14yo sons baseball tourney. Had the entire family in the Range Rover. Car broke down in North Las Vegas at night. Wow, rough neighborhood! This happened on Friday, rented a car until Monday. Problem was shops were closed due to the holiday, so our vehicle sat in the hotel parking lot until Tuesday morning. We headed back to LA in the rental. Called for tow to European House of Imports, I gave Brenndon the owner the symptoms which BTW sounded like a blown engine, cracked head, head gasket etc... Needless to say, these guys had me by the short hairs and they knew it! The next day they called to say it was only a thermostat & the housing blew out causing the radiator fluid to leak out.
This was truly EVERY car owners nightmare, however these men had integrity....
May God repay you for your honesty!
Ha, had to laugh. Some dude complained about this shop on Yelp. He said he was ignored for 15 minutes wanting an oil change! I can't judge the oil dude, but I can sure judge an honest repair shop. BTW- I flew to Vegas and drove the RR back across the desert AND IT RAN LIKE A CHAMP !!!!
