I write this review as a person that generally hates buffet dining. I find the food at buffets to be generally luke warm and dry from sitting under heat lamps all day, and the hygiene has always made me cautious. But my partner brought me to this buffet saying "trust me, you'll like it".
Well, the tomato bisque and the BBQ brisket were standout items for me, and I don't think I could have gotten much better at an a la carte restaurant. Most of the food was in general very good, and felt fresh and the right temperature by the time it reached my table.
For a buffet, the variety and quality was better than I expected, and I would recommend Aria to my friends who enjoy buffet dining.
