  • Horrible service yet again and a Starbucks. Order a Venti passion tea, get to the window & the girl says the $7 and change was not enough. She named some other drink that I told her I did not order & she snapped back yes you did. At that point, forget it and drove off. Speaking with Jasmine (manager) that replies "I don't see what the problem is" keep my money and your LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE
