  • The ice cream here is always excellent. The service, not so much. We waited 23 minutes for two ice creams. Every time I come here I wait at a minimum of 15 minutes for one ice cream. The place wasn't even busy. Staff touches the register and then handles food. Items are dropped and kicked under the tables. Staff is stressed and unhappy and it's obvious.
