  • I weigh in a line for 30 minutes there are two people in front of me and then finally the lady is ready to see me and I'm on the telephone and she explains that she has a conference call and needs to do that and that could write in my car she can't wait for me to finish one minute and then she finally sees me after I hang up the phone and is very rude and explained how I need a drivers license to pay my bill and will not except my payment and less I have my drivers license, in previous times I've never needed a license to pay my bill this is absurd
