  • Place NEEDS to be restaffed IMMEDIATELY. Having grown up in the food/restaurant/catering industry I know what it's like. Even on the worst of days I'd have to put on a friendly face and do my job as a professional. Well, that mentality obviously isn't enforced here. As mentioned by many others, the dining room is so dirty I took my food to my truck (EMPTY dining room). They must bake one batch of each bagel and once they run out your just out of luck. Basically 4 choices, when I asked if anymore Everything Bagels were coming out I got a GLARE and she said about 45 minutes. Really?!? I was so befuddled by the attitudes of the employees I thought they must be unsupervised. Nope. Their Mgr/Super was in back counting potato chips or something while her staff is out front ruining the reputation of the store. To top it off I ordered bagels with extra shmear. They put literally half of a quarter millimeter of shmear on but charged me for extra. When I pointed this out the cashier took my order, slapped about 5" of shmear on it and handed me my bag. There was so much spread I just threw the order away before I walked out, right in front of them. I'm appalled by the customer service and seemingly total lack of caring by the store Mgr because if she read 1/4 of these reviews she'd fire everyone immediately if she knew how to run a business.
