  • I am very disappointed with my purchase at this store. The furniture is very bad quality. We purchased a king bed, couches & dining table. Everything is falling apart. Screws keep falling of the chairs from the dining table. One of the chairs the legs are uneven. So it wobbles when some one sits on it. The wood from the bottom of our king bed keeps falling off. 3x already that it happens while we're sleeping. The quality of the mattress is terrible. I called them to let them know about these problems. I asked for them to exchange our bed for one with a box spring. They said no. They told me not to allow my kids to jump on the bed so the wood won't pop off. I don't even allow my kids to jump on beds. The lady also said to me I saw what I was buying when I was at their store looking at the furniture. So they can't exchange it for another bed. She said to me they will just give me extra wood so I can replace the wood everytime it happens. How inconvenient is that. I was going to buy other furniture from here but I rather pay extra for furniture that won't keep falling apart. They were suppose to send some one to fix the chairs of the dining table. No one has showed up. I called them 2 days ago. Ive only had this furniture for 2 weeks. Poor quality of furniture. Poor customer service.
