  • Goettl is very unreliable. They installed our unit 4 years ago and in that time they have NEVER kept an appointment. When ever I have called for either service or routine maintenance they have ALWAYS rescheduled me for days or even weeks later. They somehow already have way more business than they can handle, so they certainly can't handle any more. Don't call them! I'm a longstanding customer and our Goettl unit failed on Friday evening. They didn't even answer their 24 hour service line. When I called Saturday morning they scheduled me for Sunday afternoon. Now they called and said they can't make it until Monday. I was finally able to get through to the dispatcher and she told me they scheduled 60 appointments for 4 techs. Why they only scheduled 4 techs for the hottest week of the summer is beyond me. Managment obviously is not interested in responding to their customer's needs. Believe me, you do not want to be their customer. Keep looking.
