  • I was experiencing an issue with my Mercedes and was referred to this fine shop by a dear and trusted friend. I spoke with by Josh and Brandon, working primarily with Brandon. I dropped the car off first thing in the morning and spoke with another satisfied customer! I called Brandon later in the morning (yes, I'm a bit of a nervous nelly!) and he provided me a diagnosis and a cost. The car was repaired the very same day and ran noticeably better. A day later I had a follow up concern which Brandon was happy to address. It is just under a week later and the car is running like a dream! Thank you European House for Imports!
