  • I only gave them one star because I couldn't give zero. They are totally unreliable, can't schedule an appointment, the dispatcher was an obstructionist, their technicians are idiots they have no clue what they are doing, they don't know how to communicate, their technicians are creepy and say inappropriate things, they couldn't fix the oven and then broke the wood framing around the oven. It was like having a five year old trying to fix it. Actually the five year old could have done the same thing, not fix it.
