I have had one of the worst experiences that I've ever had at a McDonald's today from a manager at that. I visited this location 6/2/18 at 5:30pm and the manager was out right rude, the service was slow and the food took forever to come out. There were several people upset and not once was there an apology given. The only thing that was told to me was that she was dealing with a new staff and there was not much that she could do. How about an apology, that would've been a great start instead of a snappy attitude offering excuses. This wasn't my first visit dealing with the slowness of this location, but this sure will be my last. Please work on your customer service or find someone else that knows how to treat customers better.
