  • I bought a pre owned Volvo, my first after a terrible experience with Scott Clark Toyota and a Prius. My experience with Volvo of Charlotte was wonderful and I love this car, an S60. Gary Koziarz, the advisor in the shop was helpful and clear; the service was done in the time predicted and the car looked great after they cleaned and vacuumed it. He gave me several options for the tires I need. He was genuinely interested in saving me time and money. I am so pleased.
