| - PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!! Go somewhere else please for your sake, this place is BAD! The worst FedEx I've been to hands down! So I came here yesterday afternoon to ask how long it would take to cut the spine and 3-hole punch my book. The gentleman who helped me (who was really trying his best) told me it would be ready by the next day at 4pm. I said that wouldn't be okay coz I needed it in the morning. He said he can try to do it earlier and will give me a call. I came in at 3pm today and the gentleman who helped me yesterday was so busy he didn't stop moving (really felt bad for him), but this younger individual who was the tallest one who I believe was African American saw me standing by the pickup area and literally in a snap almost hid in the back. Then 9 minutes later he came up to me but did not say a word, instead, he was only using the computer in front. I started complaining how long would the wait be just for a pick up? Then he stared me down like I was an idiot and just looked at me nonchalantly. Good thing the guy who helped me from yesterday who was doing so much already asked if I were there to pick up the book. I said yup coz he helped me yesterday, when he asked the younger guy that was staring at me weird, he said "no I haven't done a 3-hole punch in any book!" Then the guy who helped me from yesterday was so apologetic that he said he just got in at 1pm. It wasn't his fault obviously but the people who were there before him, ie the younger individual who loved to stare! So basically I was told it won't be ready until tomorrow! Good thing the quick-thinking gentleman (same one who helped me) just offered to cut the book for me but I'd have to do the punching. Instead of the younger gentleman trying to help, he even went outside and was on his phone the entire time. Seriously? This store is so busy, disorganized and they have a lazy worker who obviously didn't want to be there! I commend the older gentleman who helped me, he was really working so much! But the other ones, really really really lazy! This is a No go for me! So to anyone who'd wanna have stuff printed, bound or cut, go somewhere else and preserve your sanity! If you're in a good mood and wanna convert the smile into a frown? Go to this place! The first few seconds here will definitely make you frown or lose your temper! Seriously! If you can't sustain high volume of customers then don't open at all! Plain and simple!
