  • I use one Aveda product. The associates are always friendly as they inform me it is "not in stock". That is three times in one year where we`ve had to make two separate trips to purchase one product. My daughter attempted to purchase this one product for me two weeks before Christmas and was told it would have to be shipped and they could not guarantee Christmas delivery (it came December 22nd). To be fair, the kind associate did offer to call another store. I just didn`t want to drive an additional ten miles for my one product. Next time I`ll call prior to making the trip.
