  • One of my favorite lunch spots in the valley. Usually go to the one on Gilbert Rd, but happen to be working in Mesa so I stopped in. My go to sandwich is It's About Thyme...love the chicken with balsamic and mushrooms! Another fav is the Chile Verde Birdie...with extra green chili please. They always have daily specials available and lighter food options available. They bake their own bread which is what takes there sandwiches to the next level! The pizza is equally good! Love this place and wish I lived closer!
