If I could give 0 stars I would I work at town square on my break I decided to get some fries something told me not to deal with them do to the fact every time I order from there it takes forever and half my break just to get my food and every time I get my food my order is WRONG!! I never complain or made a big deal about it but this time it was completely different on 5/16/18 around 7ish I order a mega size fries seasoning garlic and Parmesan as I was putting in my order I hear the young lady who was taking my order yell out jumbo fries instead of mega by this time she had already ran my card and charged me so I politely told her no I asked for mega fries not jumbo she then responded and apologized and retook my order so I'm thinking second time around will be the best time around she had already refunded me my money back from the first order she messed up on so as I'm waiting for my order the second time around the young man yells out the window my number and yells out mega fries sour cream and onion mind you from the first order I asked for garlic and Parmesan so as I walked up to the window I said no I asked for mega fries garlic and Parmesan not sour cream and onion so now by this time I'm getting irritated now only are they taking up my entire break but they messed up on my order the second time as I'm sitting there waiting there's a gentleman next to me who comes back with this whole bag of food and I turned to him and asked him did they mess up on your order he replied yes he then yells excuse me excuse me inside the window to get their attention they blatantly ignored him the gentleman got irritated to the point he turned around and throw his food away in the trash didn't ask for a refund grabbed his baby in the stroller and walked away frustrated by this time I'm still at the window asking to speak to a manager I then asked the manager if she can refund me my money back for the second order they also messed up on she gives me attitude as if I did something wrong when I was just simply ordering food I was so irritated at this point as I walked back to my store I explained to some of my coworkers what happen one of my coworkers went over to potato corner to explain to them how upset I was and that they could at least given me some free fries or something for messing up on my order twice and not only that taking up so much of my break the lead cashier Natalie gave her attitude for no apparent reason by then my coworker was offended and ask for corporate's number Natalie then responded to say I don't know it but you can look it up as a leader you should know that type of information then rolled her eyes at my coworker and went to the back and stay in the back the entire time when it was time for me to get my money back due to whatever bank I bank with I had not received my money I had to do a file claim on them just to received my money back because Natalie didn't refund me my money back like she said she did!! if I were you as a employee who works at town Square or just a regular person I would not give potatoes corner any sort of business their customer service is very rude and inconsiderate of other people and for some reason they have no number on the receipt and there is no way to look up corporate to file complaints like this when we are being treated unfairly and very poorly
