rev:text	Van's nails sucks!!! I wouldnt recommend this place at all!!! I have been going here on and off for a year and they do not always do a good job, but I kept coming back cause I was going to be too harsh on them. This last Sunday 12/18/2016, I came in and got a gel mani. I just got my acrylics off so my nails are a little thin, so I asked the guy to do them thicker. When I went home I realized that they are thin and the is big glob of nail polish on the tip of my nail. Then next 2 days I was sick so I wasn't able to go in and get them fixed. So today (Wednesday) in was getting ready this morning and noticed one of my nails cracked ... so I called them in the afternoon and told them the situation, she said that she will fix it and to come in. So, I got off work and went into the nail salon... talked to the lady upfront and she tried to explain to me that they are not able to make them thicker.. ummmm...yes you can!! You chose not to!!! I have told her that I have had them do it at another nail salon before... she said no, they don't. How the Fuck are you going to argue with me?!?! Then she said I need to put acrylics on... I said no, I don't. I don't want them on, I just took them off. She said that's why my nails are thin.. I said I understand that and that's why I don't want then on again. She said that I'm not listening to her... wait.. what the Fuck did you just say to me?!??! That is bullshit customer service!!! I told her to give me a refund and she refused!! I told her that she just lost a client and walked out!!! Tip for Van nails-- Don't treat your clients that pay your salary like shit!!!! Happy Holidays!!!
