  • Wow - all I wanted to do was check out an apartment! I showed up and waited for 20 minutes with no one around. Clearly within the office hours and waited long enough for any tours to be completed. No idea where the property manager or staff was. I gave them a second chance as I was very interested in the loft. I show up an hour before closing and apparently the person working was already closing shop? I still tried, but I could tell she had no interest in showing me an apartment as I'm not looking to move any time soon. She did was she could to convince me to leave so she could not have to do any work. It's clear this place is only selling itself on the low price. Service is completely inadequate and I will never rent from them. You'd think they would want to make a better first impression? If you are looking for an apartment - look elsewhere.
