  • If I could give this place -5 stars I would, the place stinks when you walk in the follow you around as if your gonna steal something, but I came in a bought extensions, they only had one brand that was close to my color, "fashion source" so I felt the hair, and it was soft of course and I asked the lady if it was 100% human hair and she said yes, I asked if I can straighten, curl, and wash them and she reassured me that I could, so I get home and wear them and they were so itchy I took them out 30 mins after putting them in, the next day I gave them another try, so I put them in and started styling them, as I was curling them I can see the strands breaking,frying and shriveling up, and then saw a random black string in the hair, so today I called to see what could be done about this, the lady that said she was a manager basically talked to me as if I have no clue what I was talking about, human hair dosent just fry on the LOWEST setting of my straightener, it dosent feel like plastic bags when you wash them and I've never seen real human hair have random black strings in them, I already know I won't get an exchange of refund on this faulty product, so here I am writing this horrible review for a company I usually love, this location needs to be shut down, rude and lying employees are the worst. Stay away from this untied beauty location at all cost.
