| - Delicious. Went here after reading the reviews and since I am always on the lookout for good bbq in vegas. Now, some people might say there is better bbq in KC or Texas, etc. Well, I am rating it based on the fact that it is objectively very good, and definitely the best I have had in Las Vegas. I got the "biggun'" sandwich, which had pulled pork, brisket and hot link. The hot link was delicious and did not have the overly greasy and oily nature of a standard hotlink, which are often like kielbasas. The meat was very good as was the sauce. I had a couple pieces of brisket that were a little overcooked, but overall it was excellent. I also had some of their st Louis ribs, which were tasty. Flavorful, tender and fall off the bone, although a little fatty...but that is what you generally get with st Louis ribs. Fried okra and greens were very good as well, and they had a ton of other sides. Unfortunately they were out of the cobbler and pudding, so I did not get to try those despite all the claims of excellence. Now, they location and décor are not exactly phenomenal, but I suppose it is what they could afford starting out. It is close to the strip also which is good if you are in that area. Overall, super friendly and very delicious, but definitely expensive for BBQ. Best bbq I have had in vegas though.
