  • I requested an offer and after 2 weeks of back and forth with their agent (sending him more and more photos) he sent me a pre-written letter staying that they weren't going to make me an offer because it might take them to long to sell the house. I don't mind then not making me an offer (even though it is a nice house in a super hot market) but they shouldn't have wasted so much of my time! Oh well, based on these other reviews it looks like I dodged a bullet!
