  • Was so pleased with my experience last time, I came back with a friend in tow. I also brought back my ankle-high boots which, per the store's recommendation, I had worn around the house a bit but never taken outside. The staff of four was, well, understaffed, given how many people wanted their attention and help, but they were helpful and as attentive as they could be given the demand. They also exchanged my boots, no questions, for the normal-cut version, even though I didn't bring the box or the receipt with me (just the shoes). All they needed was my loyalty number which is my phone number so I actually had that with me!
