I have had my Nissan Titan serviced here in the past. They first impressed me when I brought it for squeaking breaks and was prepared for bad news and a big expense. The checked it out for free and it turned out to be a piece of metal rubbing, they removed it and there was no charge.
I took my truck in this weekend after being told by a competitor that I needed my brakes flushed and a new power steering hose. I am not mechanical, but I did check my power steering fluid level before taking it in and the level was full and I didn't see any evidence of leaks. They beat the price on the brake flush and they also saw no evidence of the leaking power steering hose. The hose was well over $300 and I had the appointment with the competitor set for today. Needless to say, I appreciate the honesty I have seen with these guys and the courtesy transportation they offer. I think I left because of an oil change coupon. I won't make the same mistake again.
