| - I'm going to keep this review nice and short because I don't like to rehash bad memories. I am reviewing only the pharmacy and it's staff.
When I first moved to Strongsville I made the mistake of getting my prescriptions transferred to this CVS. What started out as a nightmare, eventually turned into a game of profiling and accusations. It literally almost brought me to tears the way I was treated, specifically by one of the actual pharmacists which I will soon go into.
First, the pharmacy had extreme trouble transferring my scripts and they were acting like mindless, emotionless drones about it. They could tell I was nervous, who wouldn't be when you take day to day meds, and then all of the sudden no one is helping you try to get those meds.
Second, they told me my discount drug card was expired and that I would have to pay over $400 out of pocket, which unfortunately I did. Come to find out that my card was not expired and it was an error on their part. Did I see a refund for that $400+? Nope, not to this day. They are thieves.
Last, but far from least! The male pharmacist working at the time was too busy running out the door to play in a hockey game, as he told me and I quote "You are not taking your medicine correctly and are abusing it. That's why the Doctor is not filling it". Which was a complete lie, and yes I ended up getting that one prescription filled. This pharmacist who doesn't even know me, basically calls me a drug addict. Do you think that would of been said to anyone else? Of course not, but since I have dreadlocks, well, I guess that makes me an automatic junkie. I still to this day have no idea why he said what he said, but I know one thing, my Wife almost jumped over the counter when he did say it. God bless her.
That was not my last terrible encounter at this place either.
I was finally able to get my scripts transferred away from this establishment and the horrible people that they employ. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to my dying Grandmother.
