  • We will never return. My daughter is 14 and got an eyebrow wax. We usually take her to the local nail salon and they've done a great job, but she wanted to try something new. My daughter's eyebrows have been so nicely shaped over the years people think they've been tattooed on. Elle waxed my daughter and after pulling the wax says, "Oh sorry, I took too much off on this one side, but if you keep coming to me I can fix it". I'm absolutely infuriated. I had to run my daughter to Nordstrom so a make up artist could help her use shadow to even out the other eyebrow so she didn't have to walk around that way. I'm thankful she sent me a thank you note in the mail because I couldn't remember her name. Kudos for the thank you note.
